This commission info is not for commercial use but for personal use only.
Please contact me for info regarding commercial art requests and other contract.
* if you look at my gallery, you know what I do and dont..
* send me a note or email me (reireiei18@yahoo.com) with the details of the character, reference and any other specifications desired (poses, expressions, etc..) if it's an original character, please include a brief personality description of the character/s.. please refer at the bottom for the fill up form.
* I will show you a preview before I start finalizing your request.. if you're happy with the preview, I'll need you to send the payment to my paypal.. (reirei18@yahoo.com) i dont accept point commissions or other non-monetary trades..
* the finished image will be posted on the internet (deviantart/theotaku/website/my facebook) with proper watermarks..
* commissioners get a copy by email or via note here in DA but you will see it in my gallery here anyway.
* additional shipping fee may occur if you want a printed copy to be sent to your house.. poster size and other print material can be discussed if interested.

** easy quick sketch ** on the spot commission exclusive for conventions.. not available for online orders.
headshot only: non-colored = $5

** clean sketch ** (original sketch will not be mailed.. digital copy will be available or order a print/poster for an additional charge)
non-colored = $30.. colored $40
other options:
headshot/shoulder up - $10 ($20 for colored)
waist up - $20 ($30 for colored)
knee up/full body - $30 ($40 for colored)
** detailed character with simple background ** (original copy will be mailed + a colored print if applicable for an additional shipping fee)
non-colored = $60.. colored = $70..
other options:
headshot/shoulder up - $20 ($30 for colored)
waist up - $40 ($50 for colored)
knee up/full body - $60 ($70 for colored)
** detailed character and detailed background ** (original copy will be mailed + a colored print if applicable for an additional shipping fee)
non-colored = $70.. colored = $80..
other options:
headshot/shoulder up - $30 ($40 for colored)
waist up - $50 ($60 for colored)

background is included in the price but only up to 3 keywords (example: window, sky, and violin)..
add $5-20 for each additional item depending on its complication.. (example: 1-2 trees could be $5 while a garden could be more than $20..) message me for negotiation.
** landscape** (only digital copy or order a print/poster for an additional charge)
minimum $50..
free simple backgrounds: *optional*
scratch bg - sample 1 sample 2 - free
dotted bg - sample 1 sample 2 - free
zoomed bg - sample 1 sample 2 - free
once again, the pricelist from above is only applicable for 1 (single) character only.. multiply the price for each additional characters. (if you are ordering a clean sketch of 3 waist up characters with colors, it'll be $25x3= $75 + shipping)
tentative shipping/handling fee is $5-20 ($5-10 within Canada, $10-20 to US) I put them in a photo/bubble mailer ($3) so it won't get damaged so add this shipping fee if you want your commission mailed to you.. or email me about the shipping details..

you can pay half to trigger the start of the commission and then pay the other half when you see the preview..
or pay full and ask for preview asap..
I go by first pay first serve.. if you pay half but someone else paid full, that person goes first..
due to current orders, your commission might be on hold.. >x<

The Usual Commission Terms of Agreement:
* The commissioned artworks are for personal use only..You are strictly not allowed to reproduce or sell my artwork.. Failure to abide with these terms result to copyright infringement.
* Commissioners only "purchased" the commissioned piece, thus, the copyright remains to the original artist but the original character's copyright still belongs to the owner.. (so please don't go saying to everyone that you drew it etc..)
* Do not alter or edit the artwork and never remove the signature..
* I prefer paypal for payment but other options can be considered.. (no DA points or other online certificates)
* Commissioned drawings will be posted here, at reirei18.theotaku.com, in my website at reirei18.com and in my facebook page.
* The commissioner may post the commissioned drawings to any of their sites.. a link to me is optional but highly recommended and very much appreciated..
